A positive attitude is the foundation of my New Years Resolution plan. The first pillar is wellness. Within this concept I include:
#20DayChallenge | Sleep between 7 and 8 hours (+ Wake-Up time)
#20DayChallenge | Pay attention to what to eat (eat well)
#20DayChallenge | Keep going, keep running
Having a good routine in term of circadian rhythm is crucial, and I am quite good at this. I like going to sleep early to be able to sleep at least 7 hours per night (most of the time 8, I have to admit).
A healthy food lifestyle and the right hydration is the challenge for me. What fuels our body is so important and I am such a mess at that! I am totally out of my Comfort Zone here! Any suggestion is welcome! I still need to figure out how to do that.
Running is such a powerful way to train. I started running just three years ago. I use running to play with my Comfort Zone. Last year I did not run at all as I got injured during the New York City Marathon (I am a finisher anyway, and I am so proud of it). In my New Years Resolution plan running will be in!
So, wellness is my pillar number 1! I can do that!
