#20DayChallenge | 6AM (5:30 today) Wake-Up time.
I start in an easy way (for me): my wake-up time. I am an early bird. I grow up with my mum telling me “the early morning has gold in its mouth” and I still remember how much I hate it even though “early” at that time was 7:30. After almost four years in New York, I am waking up around six every day (weekend included) and this is fine. Now I like it. Now it’s a habit. I have the feeling I can do everything! It’s an empowering mood I want to bring with me in 2018. My only question is: should I start waking up at 5:30 to gain 30 more minutes? What do you think? I have 19-day to figure it out!
