Talking about getting up early could be misleading without talking about sleep. I can’t function without at least 7 hours of sleep per night 💤 🛏 😴 Am I able to do that? I am trying most of the time. I tried to build the habit to sleep from 10 to 6. You can see that if you ever will have dinner with me 😬 Around 9:30 I will start to switch off my system.
