#20DayChallenge | Pay attention to what to eat (eat well).
We can’t make any New Years Resolution list without talking about food and for me, this is a hard one. I admit: I need help here! I love fries, burger, pizza, pasta, gelato, chocolate. I don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables. I never know what to eat for breakfast and I am literally starving every three hours.
Pay attention to what to eat is also so vague! If I want to improve in 2018 I have to start by working on the objectives. And this is true for every intention! Maybe the S.M.A.R.T. formula can help. For 2018 let’s set Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Timely objective. I know the formula. Of course, I do. It’s part of my job! But in this case, I miss the context and the content. I have the feeling that the 15 days left is not enough to work on that.
