Emotion is such a vital component of our life it is not possible to work on a New Years Resolution plan without emotion. Based on what I listed in the #20DayChallenge this pillar is made of:

Looking at those four intentions makes me feel I want to get up early every morning and just do things, meet people, live!
I am thinking of how to plan each of them sustainably, and due to the content this is the fun part, don’t you think?
