20-Day Challenge PRO | How to move from a New Years Resolution list to a plan

PART 1: review all the options and group them up

The 20-Day Challenge to find a New Years Resolution list helped me in what I call the discovery phase: I was able to put on paper a lot of ideas and activities and perhaps most importantly, to set the mindset. We will talk a lot about the mindset moving forward. For now what I want to highlight is the positive attitude, which is crucial to embrace the climate of possibility that the New Year is bringing.

As I said, I don’t have a plan ready yet. So, let’s work on that!

With the #20DayChallengePRO, I will finalize ideas; I will add projects, and finally, I will make the plan. Yes, indeed this is the goal of the #20DayChallengePRO: to move from a New Years Resolution list to a program.

I know, I know, I am a bit behind. After all, the New Year already started. Personally, I am cool with that, no pressure here, please. Let’s invest a few more days, let’s clear our mind and find the strength and conviction not only to make a plan but also to keep it!

PART 1: review all the options and group them up.

I shared a lot of ideas and intentions in the last couple of weeks. I love all of them, but it’s not that easy to maintain the right commitment if too many ideas are on the table. To create an effective action plan let’s review all the options and group them up!

Here is the list:

Wake-Up time

Sleep between 7 and 8 hours

Look at the glass as half full

Don’t take things too seriously

Pay attention to what to eat (eat well)

Re-discover your passions

Keep going, keep running

Trying new things

Travel as much as possible

Keep your heritage alive

Learn a new language

Laugh with special friends

Don’t make plans you can’t keep

Look with eyes wide open

Shake-Up the Comfort Zone

What I am going to do is 1) Group a few ideas and intentions together 2) Rename them based on the group.

Look at the glass as half full

Don’t take things too seriously

Look with eyes wide open

The Attitude part of 2018 plan.
